PICKUP POLICY

Local pickup orders are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

All pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours or less. 

There are 2 location options for local pickup in Cincinnati, OH:

1. Cincinnati: off colerain Ave. 45231 zip code *Sunday- Saturday* exact address given via sms/ phone call. Text/ call (678-887-8079) once your order has been placed (this location offers extended pickup hours during summer months).

2. Middletown:  Middletown, Ohio 45044 Monday-Friday exact address given via call/text after order is confirmed

A confirmation for order pickup status will be sent via text or email. Please be sure to arrange the best time for you to pick the item up and the location you prefer via texting/calling 678-887-8079. 

** ALL PICKUP ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 7 DAYS OR A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ON DAY 8 MINUS A 10% RESTOCK FEE, UNLESS AN INVOICE FOR SHIPPING FEE IS REQUESTED **
